They founded a freight forwarding company in Toronto, Canada, with the aim of delivering high-quality, personalized solutions to their customers.

As the company grew, it expanded its services to include air, ocean, and land transportation, as well as customs brokerage and warehousing.
By 2015, the company had established itself as a major player in the Canadian freight forwarding industry. With a growing customer base and increasing demand for its services, the company decided to expand into the United States. It opened its first office in Kenner, LA, followed by a second office in New York in 2017.
