Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative at Urban Courier Logistics, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the freight forwarding industry. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.   1. Customer Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner, utilizing effective problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Order Processing: Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation, timely communication, and coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  4. Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to customers regarding the status, delays, or any other relevant information.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to enhance their overall experience.
  6. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints, and provide valuable insights to management to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  7. Knowledge Management: Stay updated with industry trends, shipping regulations, and company policies, sharing relevant information with customers and colleagues as needed.
  8. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests in the company’s CRM system.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
