Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the logistics industry and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

• Lead and manage the sales team, including setting goals and objectives, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services, competitors, and market trends

• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management

• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure that sales initiatives are aligned with company objectives

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote its services and build relationships with potential clients


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics industry

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Ability to travel as required
