Job Summary:
We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our team and manage our customer relationship management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM software, be able to analyze customer data, and have a strong understanding of the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop targeted campaigns and messaging
• Train and support staff in the use of the CRM system
• Monitor and report on CRM system performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with the CRM system, and work with IT to resolve technical problems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology, and make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with CRM software, preferably in the logistics industry • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Eloqua, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
